FIREWORKS TO CAP OFF ACTION AT LUXEMBURG SPEEDWAY JULY 3

(Luxemburg, WI) - A huge fireworks display will cap off a big night of racing Friday, July 3 at Luxemburg Speedway presented by Pepsi Cola Bottling.

To accommodate the fireworks display the racing program July 3 will kick off 15 minutes earlier than normal at 6:45 p.m.

The third-mile, clay oval located at the Kewaunee County Fairgrounds has boasted the largest car counts in the area, averaging more than 120 cars weekly in it's five division program.

That car count includes an average of 32 Badgerland Concrete IMCA stock cars and nearly 30 Budweiser IMCA modifieds each week. In addition the Tri-County Heating IMCA northern sportmods have had three full heats and a semi-feature each week. Pepsi Cola sponsors the IMCA hobby stock class while Tisler Salvage of Reedsville sponsors the sport four class.

Current point leaders in the respective divisions are Seymour's Brian Mullen in the IMCA modifieds, Brussels Troy Muench in the IMCA stock cars, Oconto Falls Eric Arneson in the IMCA northern sportmods, Luxemburg's Chad Kaminski in the IMCA hobby stocks and Ralph Legois Jr. of Oconto in the sport fours.

For more information call 920 863 8446. The track's website is luxemburgspeedway.com. Luxemburg Speedway is located 15 minutes east of Green Bay off highway 54 at the Kewaunee County Fairgrounds.
