CONCORD, N.C. -- With only one week left until the green flag drops at Concord Speedway, the USARacing office is buzzing with excitement. The 2009 season is looking bright with new sponsorship opportunities on the horizon, a solid television package in place with Fox Sports Network (FSN) and a talent-laden crop of rookies and veteran drivers on tap for ’09.
The list of teams registering for the upcoming season grows daily, and competition is sure to be tight as racers run on the BFGoodrich G Force Radial once again this year. The ‘09 season will be action-packed with the return of four time Series Champion Bobby Gill, two time Champion Clay Rogers, and veteran drivers Jay Fogleman and Jeff Agnew (’98 Champion). Also returning to the series is ’02 Champion Jason Sarvis, ’08 Rookie of the Year Drew Herring as well as AJ Frank, Caleb Holman and Mark McFarland.
