Rookie Mike Storkson (#94) came away with a feature win in the Hobby Stock division.

Clapper and Jim Syvrud brought the 18 car field to green in the late model feature, and Clapper held the top position as he headed into turn three of the first lap. Clapper would never relinquish the lead in the caution free event to win his first feature of the season. The field would line up nose to tail and maintain that formation for most of the race. Clapper and second place running Chris Ratajczyk would pull away from the pack by lap seven and begin to encounter
lapped traffic on lap 20. The slower cars caused no problems for the leaders and at the line it was Clapper with a comfortable lead over Ratajczyk in second. John Wasserburger was third, Andy Wendt fourth, and Jim Syvrud came home in fifth.

In earlier action Allen Petrie, Jr and Tyler James finished first and second in the semi feature to transfer to the big show. Heat winners included Delbert Desjarlis, Don Gaserude, and Ed Wolff, III.  Quick time was held down by current point leader Andy Wendt when his Pontiac turned in a 13.513 second tour of the oval.

The 40 lap Star Packaging street stock feature belonged to first time feature winner Bud Riedner of Waunakee. Riedner and Kyle Taylor led the pack to the green and Taylor held the early advantage on lap one. The race's only caution flew on lap two for an accident in turns three and four. Then on lap 19, leader Taylor encountered mechanical difficulties and was forced to withdraw from the event. This gave the lead over to Riedner and he led the remainder of the laps. At the checkered flag, Riedner held a five car length advantage and the extra cash for the win. He was followed by Dale Weatherwax, Scott Riedner, Kevin Anderson, and Grant Lindner.

Quick qualifier was Kevin Anderson with a lap of 14.192. Heat winners were rookie Bobbi Bishofberger and Larry Moen.

Rookie Mike Storkson battled his way to victory in the 20 lap feature for the hobby stocks. Andy Raley and Gary Haarklau made up the front row of this event, and Raley held the early lead on lap one. By lap three Storkson had made his way up from his outside second row starting spot to second place on the track.. Caution flew on lap four for a car leaking fluid. On the restart, Storkson lined up right behind leader Raley, and immediately looked to the high side for the lead. By lap eight, Storkson held the advantage. He would lead the final 12 laps despite many challenges from Alan Dorn and Larry Moen. Following Storkson to the stripe was Moen, Dorn, Tylor Schultz, and Raley.

Heat event winners included Travis Schneeberg and Nick Newton.  Lincoln Keeser was fast qualifier with a 15.270.

In bandit action, Tom Bleecker won his third consecutive feature at the Speedway in impressive fashion. Starting from the outside of the eighth row, Bleecker charged his way into the top five by lap 10. He would advance to third in the next three laps. Caution would fly over the field on lap 14 for a spinning car in turns one and two. On the restart, Bleecker would go to the high side and pass the front two cars of pole sitter Casey Strese and Ryan Hart. Bleecker took the lead with two laps remaining and drove away to the checkered. Strese was second and Hart finished third.

In heat racing action, the winners were Cody Strese, Ryan Hart, Greg Ovadahl, and Kyle Riedner. Ovadahl and Dustin Ostberg transferred from the consolation race to the last chance which was won by Kyle Riedner with Kyle Waters in second. Fast qualifier was Bleecker with a lap of 16.231.

The Formula Indy Racing Association visited the track this weekend and Grant Greenfield had the field covered in the feature as he won from the pole running away. He was followed by Kai McNulty and Deron Deboer.

The wild and crazy back up feature winner was David Moore as he beat out fellow competitors Rick Verdon and Jug Hur.
