Vern Brown #1 overtook #37 and went on to make his evening a "Clean Sweep" setting fast time , winning his heat and then winning the FIRA Feature.

By lap three of the event, the top five were nose to tail and would remain that way throughout the race. Junget owned a very healthy advantage most of the race, but saw it erased as the second of two cautions came out with only four laps to go. This put the leaders in a pack, but nobody had anything for Junget as he went on to take the checkers in first followed by Rob Retallick, Jim Syvrud, Don Gaserude and Jerry Eckhardt rounding out the top five. In earlier heat race action winners were Clayton Braaksma and Kevin Anderson. Ron Bishofberger set the pace with a lap of 13.399 in qualifying.

Starting on the pole proved to be beneficial as three of the nights feature winners began their quest in that position. This includes Bobbi Bishofberger of Fort Atkinson in the Street Stock division. She and James Helmer brought the 14 car field to green and Bishofberger took the immediate advantage out of turn two. Helmer would get freight trained on the inside as he was stuck in the high groove. Dan Schmidt promptly moved into second and began tailgating the leader. Caution flew on lap 6 and put the leaders together nose to tail. On the restart, Bishofberger began to lengthen her lead over the pack and started to pull away as Schmidt and Dale Weatherwax would wage a fierce battle for second place. But on lap 22, Schmidt encountered mechanical difficulties which forced him to spin and bring out the caution. Weatherwax inherited second and on the restart would try every groove to get around Bishofberger for the lead. But she proved too strong and would take the win followed by Weatherwax, Tim Syvrud, Don Trush and Grant Lindner. Quick time was set by Kevin Anderson with a lap of 14.040. Heat winners included Anderson and Tony Showers.

Watertown's Jim Tate would claim victory in the 20 lap Hobby Stock feature event. Coming from the inside of row two, Tate moved into second place and began challenging the leader, Brian Piller. Three laps later, Tate took the inside line away from Piller and by lap seven Tate owned the top spot. The only caution of the event flew on lap 8, and on the restart Larry Moen went to the high side and began passing cars as he moved into second position. Meanwhile, Tate was using the side by side racing behind him to his advantage as he pulled out to a strong lead. When Moen finally took over the second spot, he began to run down the leader. But Moen would run out of laps and Tate took home the trophy. Rounding out the top five were Piller, Jim Robinson and Andrew Junget. Robinson owned fast time and heat winners were Piller and Andy Raley.

Rodney Mundt of Johnson Creek lead every lap from the pole en route to the Bandit feature win. Mundt and Ryan Hart led the 18 car field to green and Mundt owned the top spot on lap one. Tina Remsik moved into second as Bud Riedner began shadowing the top five. By lap nine, Riedner had claimed third with Greg Ovadal right behind. Meanwhile, Mundt drove out to a big lead only to see it erased by caution on lap 12. On the restart, Riedner and Ovadal both began racing hard trying to claim the second spot from Remsik. On lap 14, they were three wide for second, with Ovadal the victor for the position. Remsik would get pinched in the middle and fall back while Riedner took third. Mundt would again own a big lead and take it to the checkers followed by Ovadal, Riedner, Tom Bleecker and Tom Berens. Heat winners were Ashley Smith, Tim Bristol, Sean Watters and Mundt. Quick time was held by Kyle Watters with a lap of 16.858. Kyle Smith took the consolation race and Paul Novotny won the semi feature.

In Back Up division action, Ryan Oetzel of Brodhead started from the front row and held off a late race charge by George Wachuta to win the 8 lap feature. Second was Rick Verdon with Wachuta third.
