The Manitowoc County Expo Raceway was rained out for the third time this season on Sunday evening. Racing however is set to continue for the next several weeks, with next Sunday's program on August 24th, 1997, set to include Street and Super Stocks, Cruisers, Outlaw Modifieds and Super Wing Modifieds.
Hot laps are set to start at 5:00 P.M. with racing set to begin at 6:00 P.M..
