Luxemburg Tri-Star falls to rain for third time in 1999!

July 9, 1999, Luxemburg, WI. - After over two inches of rain fell on Thursday night, track crews put in a long day getting Luxemburg Tri-Star Speedway in shape, only to have a late afternoon storm hit, forcing postponement of the scheduled Friday night racing program.

This was the third time this season that the rains hit the track around 5 P.M. to force the postponement.

Racing will resume next week with IMCA Modified, IMCA Stock Car, Street Stock and Sport Truck events starting at 7:00 p.m.
