- After putting up with light showers during the first half of the
program, a heavy downpour washed out the features Friday night at the Luxemburg Tri-Star
Speedway. The Modified main had just rolled onto the track when the rains came and
the track became to slick to continue, forcing the management to pull the plug.
Racing continues this week with a special match race pitting some of the Modified regulars
against some of the top Off Road racers, that will be in town for their annual weekend
event.
