NEW MANITOWOC TRACK ANNOUNCES INAUGURAL MEETING DATE! By Bill Schlei

December 3, 2001; Manitowoc, WI - The new Manitowoc Expo Raceway will have their first meeting for drivers and crews on January 3rd, 2002 at 7pm.

"We'll use this meeting to answer all questions regarding rules and regulations and to let the drivers and crews know about the improvements that have been made for the 2002 season." said Expo race committee chairman David Gauger.

The meeting is open to members of all classes; IMCA Modified, IMCA Stock Cars, Street Stocks, and the new econo "Hobby" Stocks (similar to SB Bombers or Chilton Challenge cars).

In addition, the Expo will be offering a limited number of discounted season passes that will be available only at that evening's meeting.

The meeting will be held at the Manitowoc Expo Grounds, which are located at the intersection of I43 and U.S. Highway 151 in Manitowoc.
