September 8, 2001; Marshfield, WI: - Marshfield Super Speedway, Saturday, September 8th - One more time the weather threatened us all day, but we managed to get all of the events in. One of the biggest events of the evening was the giving away of the 2001 Dodge Dakota Sport Pace Truck. The truck, sponsored by V&H Inc., WDEZ 101.9/FM, CARQUEST, Monroe Truck Equip., Fire-Up Fireworks, Subway and The Home Front, was won by Karla Strebe of Marshfield. Out of seven pace vehicles we have given away here at the speedway, this was the first time someone from Marshfield has won.
