Buses Set to Fly at Midway Speedway!
By Ronnie Williams

July 1, 2002; Lebanon, MO. -  This weekend school will be in session at the Lebanon midway Speedway as the 2nd ever SchoolBus Jump will be attempted. Last season saw the Bus successfully make it over 4 cars while this season he will attempt to make it over 6 cars.

"This will be exciting for all involved"quoted track announcer Ron Williams,"Last year he just barely made it over 4,but our jumper thinks he has figured out alittle more to make the 6 car clearance. All that has been currently done to the bus was a new battery put in it,it's still in the same shape as last seasons jump!"

Also on the race card for the evening will be the popular kids rides at intermission, along with the Oklahoma Legends Cars on the card. Gates open at 5 with practice to start at 5:30 and Racing at 7:30 PM in Late Models, Modifieds, Sportsman, SuperStocks, and Bombers. Lebanon Midway Speedway is located off exit 135 on I-44
