June 26, 2002; Lebanon, MO. - The Lebanon Midway Speedway is preparing for perhaps its biggest show of the current season as The Fourth Of July Celebration is this weekend. The 3/8ths mile High-Banked Asphalt Oval will host the BabyGrand Stockcar Missouri Asphalt Nationals along with a local 50 lap Late Model Special paying points show. This is the 4th consecutive season the Midway has hosted the Nationals as drivers from Missouri, Arkansas, Indiana, Colorado, Texas are preentered as the track expects as many as 24 or more cars for the 2/3 scale spec racers."This show is one of our biggest" quoted Tom Cravens as the drivers love coming to Lebanon-it gives them a special feeling seeing all those people watching them.
